·      Guaranteed Tenants: We will guarantee any tenant who is placed by our firm for the first half of their original lease term. If they vacate the property without your approval, we will re-rent your property FOR FREE.

      Our reasonable fees are only charged when your property is occupied, so under normal circumstances we don’t get paid until you get paid!
